Wordless Wednesday: Summer Toes, part 3

by Dawn on August 19, 2008

in Wordless Wednesday, featured

Last Friday my buddy Melissa emailed me and said, “forget about sponsers. . .more importantly when are you getting your toes done!!???”  (For my Photoshop World sponsor story go here, here, and here).  See, Melissa knows that I have an addiction to summer toes.  I cut all the hair in this house with the exception of my own and occasionally one of my daughter’s, so this is one of the few indulgences I allow myself.

Within a few short hours, Melissa and I were sitting side by side having our toes done by what I call the “Van Goghs of Toes.”  These women are true artists, and I am fascinated watching them in action.

Check out my other WW on my photoblog!

Okay, now that takes way more patience than I’d ever have. Steadier hands too.
Cool shot. You should consider submitting it to HNT *wink*

Well I guess they are! Look at those babies!

I get my toes done too. Usually twice during the summer because it lasts a very long time. Last time was six whole weeks!

Those look so pretty. I love summertime when I can decorate my toes with a fancy design. Those dots must have taken a while.

How cute! I love getting my toes done also. When I first found out I was pregnant I asked the ladies to paint babies on my toes, they did but looked like snowmen. I laughed so hard I did leave them on, but noone “got it” why I had snowmen painted on my toes in May! I wish I had taken a picture.
