Today my husband and I are celebrating our anniversary! I would love to tell you all about the fabulously romantic day we’ve had, but actually our kids went to a birthday party and had an end-of-season cross country banquet.
Hopefully we can sit down and watch a movie tonight once the kids are in bed. Thanks to restaurant.com, we’ve got some seriously discounted gift certificates to go out for dinner tomorrow.
Life with kids may not always allow an easy date night or one-on-one time, but I’m thankful that the young man I fell in love with at 18 turned out to be such a wonderful father and husband.
