Today’s theme at The Homeschool Post’s Homeschool Memoirs is 10 Timely Facts. You are supposed to “write 10 interesting, crazy, weird, fun facts about you! Include facts about you as a woman, a wife, a mommy, a homeschooler, a homekeeper, a taxi-driver, a cook, etc.”
Here goes:
- I type with my toes (not on a keyboard). I usually don’t realize I’m doing it, but my husband will say, “What are you typing?”
- I don’t drink coffee.
- I have to be wearing full make-up, hair, clothes, etc. before I can really start my day.
- I think my love language is “Quality Time” (is “Deeply Discounted Prices” a love language?).
- I have a B.A. in Russian. (Yeah, I use that one a lot.)
- I like doing laundry.
- I collect fonts, but I don’t have a problem with deleting “blah” ones. Who wants to use an ugly font?
- I am highly visual, slightly auditory, and not at all kinesthetic.
- The top of my desk is a mess, but the drawers are perfectly organized.
- I adore wearing aprons!

Your toe thing made me laugh! When I work on something too much for too long I have been known to sit up and do it in my sleep!

Ha, I type with my toes too. I was doing it when I was reading your post. I never really paid much attention before…
I like doing laundry, too. It’s satisfying to see the clothes mountain disappear.

I had never worn an apron until last year and once I did I love it. I can’t believe how many shirts I’ve ruined before using an apron.

Well I have a BA in Women’s Studies and other than relationship building and understanding there’s not a lot you can do with that either except maybe get more schooling! LOL
Although I have to admit my BFF in Chicago tried her hand at a Masters in slavic languages and I have no idea what she thought she was going to do with that. She works for Kraft Foods now. LMAO
