Last week I posted a review and giveaway of the fun, new photo editing program Play with Pictures (congratulations to the winner, Lisa Perez!). Our family is having loads of fun with it, and obviously we’re not the only ones: all kinds of creative compositions are being posted on their fan page on Facebook.
The folks at Play with Pictures are showing some true PR savvy with the campaign they’ve launched to introduce their snazzy software to the public. First, they gave away a digital photo frame; then a Sony Cyber-shot camera; last week’s giveaway was a Wacom Bamboo tablet (the winner has yet to be announced, but my fingers are tightly crossed). If you look at the original “Win a gadget a week for 4 weeks” post you’ll see iPod nanos listed as the final week’s prize. Well, apparently the company CEO has now decided to up the prize to two unlocked iPhones!
The contest is officially live!
Here’s how it works: Recommend some friends, and if they download Play With Pictures you will both be entered into the drawing to each win your own iPhone. The competition will run for two weeks and will end at midnight GMT on Sunday 29th March.
