I LOVE Sonlight. We’re finishing up our first year doing Core 3. I already have core 4 on the shelf ready to go. I put off buying it for a few years because the cost scared me, but it’s worth every single penny, and then some.

We used SL for a couple of years and were very pleased with everything but the Language Arts. I haven't seen the revamp of the LA that they came out with but it's nice to hear a review from someone just starting with it at that grade level. We will be enjoying going out on our own for the next couple of years and will seriously look at going back to SL when my oldest is in 8th grade-- which really isn't that far down the road- yikes!
