A Brief Catch-Up Post

in The Homeschool Post,a day in the life, family & friends

Whew! We’ve had a whirlwind of activity the last few days, so I thought I’d give a quick recap. The first varsity football game where my kids performed in marching band/flags at the halftime show was Friday night. You can see pictures and read more about sports and related extracurriculars in my article at The Homeschool Post, Real Life Homeschooling High Schoolers.

We had two birthdays at the end of the week, and I was happy to be able to do them in style thanks to winning Braves’ tickets from The Blogrollers and Be Everywhere for Georgia Public Broadcasting’s Dinosaur Week, and testing a Zhu Zhu Pets Party Pack thanks to Mom Select. Here are some photos.

Upcoming good stuff: 9 Days of NAPP on Photoshop World (I bet you thought I’d never reach 9, huh?) and a demo of the new AdoramaPix photo books!

Love the pic from the Varsity!

Why is it cute when boys are eating but when it’s a pic of ME eating, then it’s kinda gross?

Sounds like a busy and full weekend! Not to mention yesterday being Labor Day and all.

What a gorgeous website you have created!

I shouldn’t have come into it hungry as those cupcakes at the top are talking to me.

I’ll be back when I have more time to look through your site.
