Over at The Homeschool Post we’re getting things in order to begin the 5th annual Homeschool Blog Awards. If you want to keep up to date, check this post for all the details.
Head over to The Post and look in the sidebar to grab the code for the button (just click it to go now!). You can think of it as the magic button that keeps you informed of what’s going on: it now says “Coming Soon,” but if you install that code in your sidebar the button will update as the awards progress.
Here is the awards schedule:
OCT 17 – Prize page up
OCT 19 – Nominations begin
OCT 30 – Nominations end
NOV 9 – Voting begins
NOV 20 – Voting ends
NOV 23 – Winners announced
Winners have 1 week to email their information
DEC 11 – Info emailed to prize awarders
JAN 30 – Prizes awarded by
Giveaway Blog Party
On the 15th, we’ll be putting up a special giveaway-only MckLinky at The Post. Authors will be holding giveaways on our own blogs, and you can link your giveaways, too. If you post a give-away from now through the 18th or so, please link it and then let us know who won and we’ll post a list of all the giveaway winners on the Post at the end of the month!
