The HipSlip: It Makes My MacBook Happy (plus a giveaway for BlissDom attendees!)

Remember when I showed you my amazingly cool lens bag, the Shootsac? There’s a hot new product that Shootsac has developed for carrying your laptop: the HipSlip.

What’s more, I get to give one away to a BlissDom ‘10 attendee!

From the moment I saw the HipSlip, my bag seemed heavy, bulky, and just plain blah. Now that I own one, my MacBook and I are both happy. The bag is stylish, sleek, and a real eye-catcher. It makes me look much more organized and hip than I am.

The HipSlip is made of wetsuit-grade neoprene, which protects your laptop without adding bulk and conforms to the shape of your body. There are separate compartments for the laptop and cords, as well as a special sleeve which will hold a MacBook Air. The hidden zipper compartment is a perfect secret spot for your phone and keys. Honestly, you have to really look for it.

Use it in solid black or with your choice of interchangeable, Velcro-attached covers, which also work with the ShootSac. The back of the cover is a soft ultrasuede, lint-free, microfiber—perfect for cleaning fingerprints and dust from your computer screen.

I love how each cover has its own individual page on the site and photo of it in action.

1. You must be attending BlissDom ‘10 in Nashville on February 4-6, 2010
2. Go to the ShootSac/HipSlip website and tell us your favorite cover (not necessarily the one you will receive if you win)
3. List the size of your laptop, 13″, 15″, or 17″
4. Find me at BlissDom and show off your HipSlip! (okay, so maybe that’s not an actual requirement)
