This week I noticed that my Memorial Day post from 2012 has been pinned nearly 5,000 times. Folks love pictures of our flag! The following photos come both from our county’s Veteran’s Day celebrations and a visit to Union Station in Washington, D.C., from the summer of 2013.
It’s no news that there’s turmoil in our country right now and if you’re looking at your news channel or your Facebook feed, you might feel like we’re living in a land divided. No matter where you stand on the issues, the world will never be your source of peace:
