Big Flower

We saw a bush with these enormous flowers on it while hiking Wednesday. I have no clue what these are, but the blooms were the size of a child’s head. Do you know? If so, please leave it in comments.

Along came a spider…

Planter

I love this planter sitting on my deck rail. The beautiful green disks are what first attracted me to it. Unfortunately, I tend to forget to water plants on my back deck, plus you’re supposed to replace the coconut liner each year… which explains why it is a lovely but empty planter.
